I have determined that I'm not the prolific blogger that many others are. I think much has to do with the fact that I am on dial-up, and everything takes forever out here in the sticks. I'm also generally busy with my critters and children, and would much rather be out in the barn!!
We have just started lambing for the year(later than normal) but we should be done within a 40 day period. I have some beautiful lambs out in the barn right now- and am excited have have 2 black badger ewe lambs, from one of my finnsheep. With my ewe lambs born last July- the grand total of badger ewes in Canada has risen to three :) I had thought Kahlua didn't carry recessive black- but she does. We have about 10 more Finns to lamb yet- so I'm excited to see what other lambs arrive.

Hi Nicole, we are looking to purchase 4-6 Icelandic ewes or ewe lambs. I have had a difficult time tracking these down and was given your name as aplace to start. Do you have anything for sale currently? If not, do you know of anyone who might? Thank-you thank-you!
